If you have received COVID-19 coronavirus test results in MyChart, a Prisma Health team member will call you to discuss your results. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your results in MyChart. If you have not received a call about your results and have questions, please call us at 1-833-2PRISMA (277-4762) (available 24/7).
While waiting for your call please maintain social distancing between yourself and others, wash your hands often, and disinfect high-touch surfaces frequently. If your signs and symptoms worsen please call 911 and/or seek emergent care.
