If you have received COVID-19 coronavirus test results in MyChart, a Prisma Health or a Self Regional Healthcare Team Member will call you to discuss your results. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your results in MyChart. If you have not received a call about your results and have questions, please call us at one of the following hotlines:
